"Had a really nice lunch date at Kusina Valentin with my partner, and it was such a pleasant experience. The place has a cozy yet slightly fancy vibe, making it a great spot for couples who want a relaxed but special meal together. Since they serve authentic Ilocano cuisine, we made sure to try some of their dishes. We ordered White Steamed Rice, Inihaw na Pusit, Crispy Dinuguan, and Poque-poque, then finished everything with a refreshing Halo-halo. Everything was delicious, aromatic, and well-prepared. The Inihaw na Pusit was perfectly grilled, the Crispy Dinuguan had a satisfying crunch with rich flavor, and the Poque-poque added that authentic Ilocano comfort to the meal. If you’re looking for Ilocano food around the city, this place is definitely worth trying. Plus, they’re very card-friendly, which made paying the bill quick and easy (and gave us a funny moment deciding who would pay ). Overall, great food, warm ambiance, and perfect for a simple lunch date. Will definitely come back."

"Had a great experience at Kusina Valentin! The place has a cozy and relaxed atmosphere—perfect for enjoying good Filipino comfort food. The staff was friendly and quick to help out. As for the food—solid! The Bulalo—super comforting and flavorful, with tender beef and rich broth. The Sizzling Bangus Ala Pobre was another highlight—crispy and tasty with just the right amount of garlic kick. We also tried the Sampler Pizza, and it was a fun surprise—great variety and definitely something I’d order again. Don’t skip the Halo-Halo—it’s creamy, refreshing, and just the right amount of sweet. Good portions, fair prices, and great flavors. Highly recommend if you’re looking for delicious Filipino dishes with a twist. Will definitely come back!"
