"Had a really nice lunch date at Kusina Valentin with my partner, and it was such a pleasant experience. Since they serve authentic Ilocano cuisine, we made sure to try some of their dishes. We ordered White Steamed Rice, Inihaw na Pusit, Crispy Dinuguan, and Poque-poque, then finished everything with a refreshing Halo-halo. Everything was delicious, aromatic, and well-prepared. The Inihaw na Pusit was perfectly grilled, the Crispy Dinuguan had a satisfying crunch with rich flavor, and the Poque-poque added that authentic Ilocano comfort to the meal. As for the food—solid! The Bulalo—super comforting and flavorful, with tender beef and rich broth. The Sizzling Bangus Ala Pobre was another highlight—crispy and tasty with just the right amount of garlic kick. We also tried the Sampler Pizza, and it was a fun surprise—great variety and definitely something I’d order again.
